Chris Christie must really like being chased. At a speech at the Reagan Library Tuesday night, the New Jersey Governor criticized President Obama as being a "bystander in the Oval Office"—but despite making a campaign-style speech, Christie insisted he is not going to run for president. Christie contrasted Obama's leadership style with his own and ran through a list of what he considers his bipartisan accomplishments in New Jersey. Once again, Christie shot down rumors that he is running for president, urging people to go to Politico and watch him repeatedly say he is not running. Earlier on Tuesday, his brother, Republican fundraiser Todd Christie, said he will be "stunned as I've ever been in my life" if his brother decides to run for president. Ari Fleischer, George W. Bush’s press secretary, wrote in a CNN piece that it was too late for Christie to run.
