New Jersey Governor Chris Christie took a break from his national tour to visit Washington, D.C. and deliver a blunt talk to the Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday. Christie proclaimed that he was “tired of hearing about the minimum wage” to those in attendance, who oppose a hike. As for the Affordable Care Act: “It’s fiction. It doesn’t work, and it should be repealed.” It’s up to the Republicans to find an alternative, he said. As for the teachers’ unions, Christie thinks “it’s time to start offending them.”
