Christina Aguilera is calling it quits with her husband, according to Us Weekly. The 29-year-old pop star has “been separated for a few months” from 33-year-old music executive Jordan Bratman, according to an Us source. The couple have not decided to divorce, but “they are living apart, and they will see how it goes.” Aguilera and Bratman met in 2002 when he produced one of her albums, and wed in 2005. They have a 2-year-old son, Max. “They were very much in love,” explains the insider. “But over the last six months, it became clear they were more like friends than husband and wife.” Aguilera reportedly attempted to rekindle their relationship by planning an August trip to Italy, but it didn’t help. The singer is in the studio wrapping up the soundtrack to her upcoming film Burlesque, which hits theaters November 24.
