A Central Intelligence Agency Inspector General's report released Tuesday claims that an inmate who was shackled naked to the ground and repeatedly tortured "contributed" to his own death. Gul Rasman was a suspected al Qaeda militant who died in 2002 after freezing to death in a CIA black site prison. A lawyer for the American Civil Liberties Union criticized the report on Twitter, calling it "just twisted." The report also detailed brutal interrogation methods utilized by the CIA, many of which were revealed in the Senate Intelligence Committee's so-called "torture report" in December 2014.
