The Cleveland Indians on Thursday night claimed their 22nd consecutive win, with a 3-2 victory against the Kansas City Royals. The win set a record for the longest winning streak in Major League Baseball history. The team trailed for most of the game before rallying in the ninth inning, with their victory ultimately credited to a lead-off double from second baseman Jose Ramirez and a walk-off double from outfielder Jay Bruce.
