Diplomats from nearly 200 countries are getting ready to vote for what, if agreed upon, could be a historic climate accord. The UN-sponsored talks in Paris on Saturday have wound down toward the final vote on a resolution that would attempt to curb greenhouse gas emissions around the world. The vote is expected later on Saturday.
