An independent Russian news site slapped Hillary Clinton’s presidential announcement video with an 18+ rating out of fears of violating the country’s strict gay-propaganda law. In a subtitled version posted on TV Rain’s website, the age restriction is clearly visible in the video’s upper right corner. The decision to include a gay couple talking about wedding plans also made waves throughout Russian media, with many sites reporting on that fragment of the clip.
