Bryan Pagliano refuses to talk. The former State Department staffer who had a hand in setting up Hillary Clinton’s private email server will invoke his Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination and decline to answer questions on the matter in a June 6 deposition, lawyers say. Pagliano—who worked on the likely Democratic presidential nominee’s 2008 campaign—is set to be deposed in a civil public-records lawsuit in Washington, D.C. Pagliano has also refused to appear before a House panel investigating the 2012 Benghazi consulate attack. The Department of Justice granted Pagliano immunity in aspects of a criminal investigation regarding classified information, The Washington Post has reported.
