Clinton Makes Moscow Mission

Forget Israel, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has another foreign-policy challenge to tackle this week as she arrives in Moscow Thursday, hoping to find common ground on Iran sanctions and arms reductions with America's Cold War foe. Both American and Russian officials praised their improved relationships going into this week's visit. Clinton will meet with President Dimitry Medvedev and Foreign Minister Sergie Lavrov. Obama had promised a new agreement replacing the expired Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty by the end of last year.
