Hillary Clinton paid a 34.2-percent federal tax rate and a 43.2-percent state and local tax rate in 2015, according to her returns released Friday. She and Bill Clinton had a combined $10.75 million income that year. Her running-mate, Virginia Sen. Tim Kaine, paid a 20.3-percent federal tax rate.
