Secretary of State Hillary Clinton choked up while testifying before Congress on the Benghazi, Libya, attack Wednesday morning, saying, “For me, this is not just a matter of policy, this is personal.” At one point, Clinton got into a heated exchange with Sen. Ron Johnson over his accusations that the White House misled the administration. Clinton interrupted him and said, “With all due respect, the fact is, we had four dead Americans. Was it because of protests or because there were guys who went out for a walk one night who decided they would kill some Americans? At this point, what difference does it make, senator?” Clinton also indicated that there had been security upgrades to the facility that was attacked. “There were inadequacies in the response,” she said. “Those are the specific kinds of recommendations we are currently implementing.”
