Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy was denied bail by a Portland judge in a hearing on Tuesday. He is now set to remain in jail as he awaits trial for charges related to his standoff with Bureau of Land Management officials at his ranch in 2014. Bundy was arrested in Portland as he claimed he was on his way to visit his sons, who face charges of their own for their involvement in an armed occupation of a federal land reserve in Oregon.
