MTV Networks' "Hope for Haiti" telethon, headed by George Clooney, will be broadcast on all five major networks and multiple cable channels on January 22. Wyclef Jean and Anderson Cooper will join Clooney for the two-hour live, commercial-free broadcast at 8 p.m. Eastern/Pacific time, featuring musical performances and news pieces as well as celebrities petitioning for donations. The fundraiser will be broadcast on CNN, BET, MTV, VH1, CMT, ABC, CBS, the CW, Fox, NBC, and National Geographic. The proceeds from the "Hope for Haiti" telethon will be split amongst Oxfam America, Partners in Health, the Red Cross, UNICEF and Yele Haiti Foundation.
