From Bill Clinton to Kobe Bryant, support poured in across the web for NBA player Jason Collins after he came out as gay Monday. With his brave admission in a Sports Illustrated article, Collins has cemented his status as one of the biggest trailblazers in sports history. “I didn’t set out to be the first openly gay athlete playing in a major American team sport,” Collins wrote. “But since I am, I’m happy to start the conversation.”
