The Colombian rebel group FARC has surrendered most of its weapons as part of a peace deal with the Colombian government, the United Nations reports. Since reaching a peace agreement last year, rebels have turned over 7,132 weapons belonging to the individual fighters, according to the U.N. The group will retain some weapons for another month at 26 camps where its 7,000 fighters are preparing to reenter civilian life.
