The Colorado GOP chair has told CNN that Rick Santorum won the state's Republican caucus. It completed a hat-trick for Santorum, who came out top dog in Missouri's Republican primary, leading Mitt Romney by about 30 percentage points. Missouri state election officials told CNN that turnout looked even lower than expected. Santorum also swept to a victory in Minnesota, where the candidate was hoping for a big win. He led the field with about 45 percent of the vote with Ron Paul coming in second and Mitt a distant third.
