The marijuana usage rate among Colorado teenagers remains unchanged in the years since the state’s voters legalized recreational marijuana, according to new survey data released Tuesday. According to the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, 21 percent of Colorado middle- and high-school students had used marijuana in the past 30 days in 2015—a rate slightly lower than the national average and one that is down from the 25 percent rate in 2009.
