Says it’ll bring in “millennial males.”

Condé Nast announced Tuesday that it has acquired Pitchfork Media, the publisher of the independent music website and its quarterly magazine. The closing amount was not disclosed. Condé Nast chief digital officer Fred Santarpia said the acquisition brings “a very passionate audience of millennial males into our roster.”
