The Wall Street Journal recently reported that Bush officials are having trouble finding new employment, but Condoleezza Rice will be okay: She’s signed a three-book deal with Crown publishers for at least $2.5 million. The first book will be a memoir of the Bush years and will be published in 2011. She will follow up with a memoir and a young-adult book about her family.
