Condoleezza Rice: Diplomats Need Restraint in WikiLeaks Cables

On The View Monday, Condoleeza Rice said that people don't have to write down everything they think in diplomatic cables. Rice said that she didn't even keep a journal because after a long day of work, she didn't want to rehash everything from home.
