South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley says she will not "violate" the law and temporarily remove a Confederate flag from statehouse grounds before the viewing of Clementa Pinckney begins at 1 p.m. Wednesday. State law says flags can be replaced “at appropriate intervals as many be necessary due to wear.”
