The Kenosha County District attorney has determined that Officer Pablo Torres was justified in his use of deadly force to kill a man who was carrying a plastic bucket a year ago. Torres allegedly thought that Aaron Siler had a jack handle in his hand during their foot chase, but it turned out to be a five-gallon plastic bucket. Torrres fired seven rounds, six of which hit Siler.
