Authorities say the suspect behind a rampage that left two deputy sheriffs dead was deported twice before and is not in the country legally. Last week, Enrique Monroy-Bracamonte, 38, was arrested for shooting two deputies dead and seriously wounding a third as well as a motorist in central California. Upon his arrest outside Sacramento, he told police that his name was Marcelo Marquez and that he was 34. However, when his fingerprints were entered into a federal database, they matched those saved under Monroy-Bracamonte, who had already been deported twice, once in 1997 and again in 2001, for drug arrests.
