One of the Baltimore police officers who arrested Freddie Gray wants the prosecutor in the case to produce the knife Gray allegedly had on him at the time of the arrest. Officer Edward Nero, who filed a motion Monday via his lawyers, is claiming that the knife was illegal in Baltimore. Nero has been charged with second-degree assault, misconduct in office, and false imprisonment.
