Police say a man with a history of mental illness struck down a Lansing, Michigan, firefighter with his pickup truck as he was collecting donations. Grant Taylor, 22, has been charged with murder. He allegedly told police that he hit firefighter Dennis Rodeman after becoming angry that the donation collection was slowing down traffic.
