Los Angeles police said Sunday that they are still considering charges for the Walmart shopper who pepper-sprayed a crowd of customers in the midst of a Black Friday frenzy over an Xbox. About 20 people complained of suffering from being pepper-sprayed. "We have a ton of witnesses and victims to interview," LAPD officer Bruce Borihanh told the Los Angeles Times. "We know who she is."
