Jacksonville Jaguars linebacker Daniel Skuta was arrested last week on misdemeanor battery charges, CBS47 reported Monday. According to police, the 30-year-old athlete allegedly pushed a woman and shoved her into a glass window after she refused to give him her phone number. Skuta’s attorney claims the allegations are “entirely made up” and said it was his client who was the victim: “Dan was then struck in the face by one of the women, as is evidenced by his mugshot, which clearly shows where he was struck.” He was held on $500 bond and released in the early morning of June 19.
