Richard Silverthorne, the mayor of Fairfax, Virginia, was arrested and charged with trading methamphetamines in exchange for sex, police said Friday. Officials said Silverthorne, 50, was nabbed Thursday when he met with undercover cops at a hotel to give them meth. His alleged suppliers were also arrested. The investigation began last month, and officials said they ultimately concluded that Silverthorne was using a website to trade meth for sex with other men. Fairfax is a wealthy suburb of Washington, D.C.
