A coroner ruled on Wednesday that the death of Navy SEAL trainee James "Derek" Lovelace was a "drowning homicide," CBS News reports. He died, the report concluded, "at the hands of others." At least one of Lovelace's training supervisors is expected to be charged in relation to the case, the site reported. He died after losing consciousness on May 6 during a swimming drill. A spokesman said at the time that the 21-year-old was pulled out of a pool after he appeared unable to tread water in a camouflage uniform and a dive mask. He was in his first week of training.
