Comedian and actor Bill Cosby was arraigned Wednesday on accusations that he drugged and fondled Andrea Constand in 2004. Cosby did not enter a plea in response to the felony charge of aggravated indecent assault, and his bail was set at $1 million. He handed over his passport, and posted his own bail. A preliminary hearing has been set for January 14.
