Cosby Won’t Be Charged for Molestation

For alleged assault on 15 year old in 1974.

Prosecutors in Los Angeles declined to charge Bill Cosby with child sexual-abuse charges after Judy Hust, one of 15 women with accusations of sexual assault, claimed the comedian assaulted her in 1974 when she was 15 years old. Huth claims to have had no contact with Cosby after the incident, which allegedly took place at the Playboy Mansion, but Cosby’s team states Huth attempted to extort $250,000 from the comedian. The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office cited the statute of limitations, which had expired.
