Katie Couric fans may soon have to be setting their alarms: Couric may return to the Today show when her contract with CBS Evening News expires in May, according to Page Six. There will be an opening, as Meredith Viera is expected to leave Today to spend more time with her family. It’s still possible she’ll remain at CBS, though for much less than her $15 million annual paycheck.
