On Wednesday the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit granted Utah Planned Parenthood an injunction that will stop Utah's state government from defunding the organization. Fox 13 Salt Lake City reports that Planned Parenthood in Utah said they plan to appeal a ruling upholding Utah's attempt to block federal funds from passing through the state to the organization.
