Court Rejects Trump Administration’s Appeal on Travel Ban
‘SEE YOU IN COURT’
A U.S. appeals court on Thursday rejected the Trump administration’s efforts to reinstate key parts of the president’s travel ban on foreigners from six Muslim-majority countries. The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins of Americans from those six nations can be admitted into the U.S. The ruling also means that refugees already assigned to resettlement groups can enter the country.
