Cressida and Harry Spend Weekend At Sandringham Party

Now this is a party we’d like to have been at.

Prince Harry invited his girlfriend Cressida Bonas to Sandringham, the Queen’s private estate in Norfolk, two weekends ago, along with a group of friends who were ‘given the run’ of the place for the weekend, according to a report today.

Neither the Queen nor Prince Philip were there at the time, reports the Daily Mail, but the news has inevitably rekindled speculation that the two may marry.

Sources have told the Royalist that Harry is more serious about Cressida than any other girlfriend he has had.

Harry (29) has made little secret of the fact that he is actively wife-hunting, going so far as to explicitly bemoan the difficulty of finding someone to fill the “role” of royal wife in interviews, and this, understandably, ‘freaked Cressida out’ according to one of the Royalist’s sources.

Friends of the young royals have previously told the Royalist that the romance with Cressida (24) represented Harry’s most serious relationship since the Chelsy Davy days, but with Harry’s and Cressida’s friends now allowing themselves to believe that the still-rowdy royal and his blue-blooded girlfriend could actually tie the knot next year, it’s clear the relationship is moving up a gear.

The trip to Sandringham folows a new preparedness of the couple to be seen together. The couple finally emerged into the glare of London nightlife together a few weeks back, first hitting a James Blunt concert on then going to see the Book of Mormon together on the next day.
