Cruz said Sunday that Republicans should use the upcoming vote on the debt ceiling as “leverage” stop Obamacare. “We should look for ways to mitigate the harms of Obamacare,” Cruz said on CNN’s State of the Union. Congress is scheduled to vote on raising the debt ceiling on October 17, and Cruz called out the president for “jack[ing] up the country’s credit card with no limits and no constraints.” Seriously, is Cruz just unable to stop?
