LeBron James’s one-man show was not enough to overcome the Golden State Warriors in Game 5 of the NBA Finals on Sunday. Stephen Curry made seven three-pointers and dropped 37 points in a 104-91 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers, giving the Warriors a 3-2 lead in the series. James carried the Cavs for most of the game with 40 points, 14 rebounds, and 11 assists, as well as sinking a 34-foot shot halfway through the fourth. But Curry answered with a three-pointer while Klay Thompson helped out the Warriors with 12 points. The Warriors will head to Cleveland for Game 6 on Tuesday to try to win their first title since 1975.
