Dad: My 2-Year-Old Killed His Mom

Neighbors doubt his story; judge bars him from seeing child.

Relatives of a dead woman in Florida say they don't believe her son's father's story that their two year old is responsible for her death. Troy Bailey Sr. says his two-year-old boy took his gun and, thinking it was a toy, fired it at his mother, who died from her wound. Neighbors and relatives of the mother, however, are doubting the story: "We're not buying it," says the mother’s uncle. The boy has been removed from Bailey’s custody; police say they are still investigating the case, and Bailey’s whereabouts are unknown.
