Beware of accidental lawsuits. Dan Marino, former Miami Dolphins quarterback, wants to withdraw his name from a lawsuit filed against the National Football League over concussions. Marino's lawyers say they don't know how his name wound up with 14 others on a lawsuit filed in Philadelphia against the league. “It was never Marino’s intention to initiate litigation in this case, but to ensure that in the event he had adverse health consequences down the road, he would be covered with health benefits," a source told the South Florida Sun Sentinel.
