David Arquette Apologizes for Howard Stern to Courteney Cox

Only one day after their split became public, Courteney Cox and David Arquette are still making headlines. Arquette gave Howard Stern an earful on the couple’s break-up, even sharing details about the last time they had sex (four months ago, he claims). The actor said his behavior got old, and claimed Cox said she didn’t want “to be [his] mother anymore.” That could explain why some sources told People magazine that Cox was not surprised by Arquette’s on-air overshare. But, there could be another reason the Cougar Town star is not upset. TMZ reports Cox was “in on” his comments, and alleges the actress was “fine” with everything Arquette told Stern. Whether Cox was OK with Arquette’s appearance or not remains unclear. But Arquette took to Twitter to apologize to his wife of 11 years, saying he is “sorry and humbled” by his comments.
