Actor David Arquette was injured in a head-on collision on Friday. According TMZ's initial report, Arquette was driving in West Hollywood when he his vehicle veered into oncoming traffic to avoid hitting a car in his own lane that had stopped suddenly. He was taken away by an ambulance and though witnesses told TMZ the actor was bleeding, Arquette was seemingly in good spirits after the accident. "I got into a car accident but I'm fine. Luckily I have dragon's blood running through my veins. Haha Thank you for all your concern," he tweeted, joking about Charlie Sheen. He added: "Remember to wear your seatbelt- wish I was."
