Onetime Partridge Family heartbreaker David Cassidy was arrested Wednesday morning after failing a Breathalyzer test while driving in Schodack, New York. Cassidy apparently didn’t dim his headlights when passing a police checkpoint, and then failed breath and field-sobriety tests, blowing a .10 blood-alcohol level. This is the 63-year-old former teen star’s second arrest for drunken driving, after he was sentenced to a range of punishments, including a year's probation, for a charge in February 2011.
