Former child star and pop singer David Cassidy was charged with driving under the influence on the Florida Turnpike Wednesday. A Florida Highway Patrol trooper pulled over Cassidy, best known as Keith Partridge on The Partridge Family, after seeing his white Mercedes weaving out of its lane. Cassidy, 60, told the trooper that he’d had a glass of wine with lunch and taken a Hydrocodone three hours later, but a search of Cassidy’s car revealed a half-empty bottle of Woodford Reserve Kentucky Bourbon. The actor blew .139 and .141 in his breathalyzer tests, far above the .08 legal limit.
