Police officers in Washingotn D.C. shot and killed a man who had raised a weapon at them—and it turned out to be a BB gun. Officers responded to a call about an armed man and he allegedly ignored calls to drop the gun when they arrived on the scene. The man, identified as 63-year-old Sherman Evans, died after being taken to a hospital.
