A district attorney in Kansas is seeking the death penalty for Frazier Glenn Miller, who is accused of killing three people outside Jewish facilities in April. Miller told The Kansas City Star in a phone interview he wanted to kill Jews when he began the attack, though none of his victims were Jewish. A judge ruled Thrusday that Miller is competent to stand trial.
