The death toll in a tragic train derailment in Québec continues to climb as rescuers search for the missing. Eight bodies were found Monday, bringing the count to 13, authorities said. Another 40 people remain missing after the crash. Early Saturday morning, a freight train with 72 tanks of oil came apart and began speeding down a seven-mile-long hill toward Lac-Megantic, a town near the Maine border. At least five of the tanks exploded, leveling a nearby library and popular bar.
