Looks like it's going to be an even later night than proposed on Capitol Hill. Sen. Harry Reid proposed moving the vote on his plan to raise the debt ceiling until 1 p.m. Sunday. "We want to give everyone as much time as possible to reach an agreement if one can be reached," Reid said Saturday night. Reid had earlier proposed a vote at 1 a.m. Sunday, but pushed it back another 12 hours to possibly get the votes. Reid said he had been in constant contact with the White House, and Republicans have also said they have been talking to President Obama. The House shot down Reid's earlier plan earlier Saturday.
