All in the name of justice: Following Chief Justice John Roberts’ decision to green light unlimited corporate spending for elections in January, some democrats—namely Rep. Peter DeFazio (D-Ore)—are pushing for his impeachment, the Huffington Post reports. DeFazio says the Citizen’s Unlimited decision last winter contradicts what Justice Roberts promised during his Senate hearings as a chief justice nominee. The Oregon rep says he’s filing reports to oust underway—but law experts and officials say it’s not plausible, since Roberts was only a nominee during the Senate hearing.
