Derek Fisher will be getting some time on the sidelines—as the coach of the New York Knicks. The former Oklahoma City Thunder player was considering his next move after his team was knocked out of the playoffs. Now, Knicks president Phil Jackson and Fisher are apparently finalizing a five year, $25 million deal. "In the last maybe decade or so, I've really felt like my purpose in life, my calling so to speak, was to be in a leadership position or some position of impact on other people," Fisher said earlier this month. "Coaching allows for you to positively impact other people's lives."
