Dexter star Michael C. Hall, 38, announced Wednesday that he is being treated for Hodgkin's lymphoma, a cancer of the lymphatic system, which is part of the body's immune system. In a statement, Hall noted that his disease is in remission and said he feels "fortunate to have been diagnosed with an imminently treatable and curable condition." Despite his illness, Hall will still attend Sunday's Golden Globe awards and will return to production on Dexter’s fifth season later this year.
